| Googies is an established café bar situated close to the Creative Quarter in the heart of Folkestone. One of the reasons our food and drink tastes so good is because so many of our ingredients are sourced locally in Kent.

Direct trade can be better – and fairer – than fair trade.
Our two UK coffee roasters are Origin and Federation Coffee. Origin works directly with farmers in the countries they buy their beans from and guarantees a minimum 30% profit margin for the coffee farmer. Canton Tea (also fair trade) is sold at Harrods.

Our handmade burger patties are made daily in our kitchen. It is the fully traceable 100% steak mince from local butcher Watson Neil and Sons -and our own blend of mixed herbs and spices- that give Googie Burgers such great flavour. All our burgers are served either in a brioche bap or tortilla wrap, and come with hand-cut chunky chips and one of our home-made dips. We also make our own veggie burgers using a blend of vegetables, beans, herbs and spices. Take a look at our burger menu to find out more. |

The Kent Breakfast and Brunch Menu Our breakfasts are made using local produce from local farms. Our brunches, such as Eggs Benedict, are served with our special freshly-made Hollandaise Sauce.
Other mains and sides Because everything is home-made, many of our meat dishes can be tweaked to be vegetarian. Just ask.
The Googie Gourmet Burger Menu Traditionalists might like the “New Yorker” best, but my favourite is the “Nutty Professor”. Locally-made chilli sauce? You betcha!
